For those of you who are
interested in developing a long term regimen in order to maintain or improve
your overall wellness, Jing will be offering a number of new Tai Chi
courses at her Tao Tai Chi Studio. The prerequisite for learning a long form is to

Jing's teaching principle is based on helping students to learn and benefit from practicing Tai Chi in a relaxed, safe and friendly environment. She offers Maintaining Wellness Tai Chi and drop-in classes for all skill levels and ages. Drop in classes are designed for all skill levels and ages of Tai Chi students to practice the fundamentals in order to develop a healthy regimen.
No experience necessary, and each class is an independent theme.
Tai Chi is a fun activity for all ages to strengthen mind and body. There are many aspects to Tai Chi. Tai Chi involves body and mind relaxation exercises, slow meditative routines, balance, control of energy flow and Qi Gong, all in an effort to improving health and martial art skills.
