For those of you who are interested in developing a long term regimen in order to maintain or improve your overall wellness, Jing will be offering a number of new Tai Chi courses at her Tao Tai Chi Studio. Tai Chi is a fun activity for all ages to strengthen mind and body. There are many aspects to Tai Chi. Tai Chi involves body and mind relaxation exercises, slow meditative routines, balance, control of energy flow and Qi Gong, all in an effort to improving health and martial art skills.
