   Welcome to my Tai Chi Forums. These Forums are for my students who have taken my Tai Chi classes in order to share their opinions,and experiences regarding Tai Chi.  These forums are also for those of you who live around the New Paltz, NY area and are interested in taking one of my classes to have an opportunity to ask questions before you take a class with me.

   You will be required to register before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you would like to visit from the selection below.

1) “Tai Chi Gatherings” Forum is for me to notify my students of upcoming events, and in addition, any forum members may have a chance to attend one of our events if you are invited by me or my students.

2) "Tai Chi in the Park” Forum is for me to contact the students who have taken one or more of my Tai Chi classes regarding information concerning the next outdoor class.

3) “Tai Chi Experiences" Forum is for students who have taken one or more of my Tai Chi classes. This forum provides an opportunity to share opinions, experiences and favorite articles about Tai Chi.

4) “New Paltz Area Tai Chi Classes” Forum is for any members who would like to inquire about my existing Tai Chi classes in the “Tai Chi Training Info”at the menu bar on the left.

   My goal is to foster an appreciation of the benefits of Tai Chi with people who would like to improve their overall wellness, and by doing so, we will encourage more and more people to maintain a happier, healthier and more peaceful lifestyle. I look forward to reading your questions, and reading about your experiences here!
