“Tai Chi with Music” incorporates your favorite music of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s into this fun series of classes to help you learn and master basic Tai Chi movements. Gain insight into the beneficial aspects of Tai Chi.  There’s no pressure, only the opportunity to learn a new skill and have fun while you’re doing it!
